  1. One of my favorite pastimes is when I'm in my front yard watching Josh play with the children. It's really quite a calming feeling for me. Sweet moment captured between Stephen and Nori. Ha! I have 7 bags of that soil stacked behind Mama Nori. The orange blossom looks as though it's aiming at something. Cool shot! And look at Nori all dressed up for the festival! How was it, by the way? I love the overhead shot of the colored pencils...I like how the pencils are "arranged", clearly they have been used over and over again.

  2. What a precious photo of Stephen and Elinor.

I adore her hippie dress! So cute on her with her blonde hair and fair skin.

Are the orange blossoms very fragrant? I opened our window last night and the Jasmine came wafting in, sooo delightful.

  3. Isn't that dress cute? My mom made it! :)
Mel, YES, the orange blossoms are incredibly fragrant! I love this time of year because our backyard is FILLED with their sweet scent. Jasmine is one of my all-time favorite scents too.

  4. Ellie's dress is SO cute...did it take much convincing to get her to wear it? She looks so much older in that photo.

BTW you never told me about what the Apple Blossom festival was. :-)

  5. Surprisingly, she was pretty excited about wearing the dress and it didn't require any persuasion on our part. :)

The Apple Blossom Festival is just a little yearly event held at a local park. There are food stands and activities, live music, a wine garden. It was fun!
